Ive been wanting these for 2 seasons now! These are a great alternative to over the knee boots for those of us who just want to achieve the look without having to go out and buy yet another pair of boots. They go perfect with skirt and shorts and are a nice change from regular black opaque tights under skirts and dresses as a night time look.
